Upon enrollment, each student will be given a Flight Schedule Pro (FSP) account. If you haven't received a link, haven't added our school via access code (113177), or are experiencing any login issues, please reach out to us, and we'll resend the activation instructions.
Once logged in, you will be able to view your flight schedule. If your flights are not yet visible, please allow up to two weeks for them to appear in your account.
Additionally, FSP provides access to your billing information, enabling you to track any charges incurred throughout the week. Our office manager will process the balance on your account automatically every Monday or Tuesday.

Our 12-day Accelerated Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) course is an intensive, fast-paced program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel as a Flight Instructor. Given the highly concentrated nature of the course, substantial preparation before your arrival is essential to ensure you fully maximize the learning experience.
With just 4 hours of instructional time each day, we will systematically cover all key areas outlined in the Airman Certification Standards (ACS). The course emphasizes efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring you are thoroughly prepared to step into the role of a Flight Instructor. This accelerated format requires students to be dedicated, disciplined, and proactive in their approach to learning.
We strongly encourage all students to come fully prepared, as your commitment and engagement will be vital to your success in this course.
Day 1: The first day will consist of an audit flight, an audit quiz, and a teaching demonstration. These activities are designed to evaluate your preparedness for the course and provide insight into your current knowledge and abilities.
Final Day: The last day will feature the End of Course evaluation, which includes a mock oral exam and a mock flight with your designated sign-off instructor. This will serve as a comprehensive assessment of your progress and readiness to take a check ride and to become a Certified Flight Instructor.
Additionally, students are encouraged to refer to our CFI Syllabus, which outlines the content and resources for each lesson throughout the course.

Check Ride Availability Update
We understand that the demand for Designated Pilot Examiners (DPEs) is high, and while we are committed to providing enough check rides for our students, we cannot guarantee availability.
What You Can Do:
To improve your chances of securing a check ride, we recommend utilizing the FAA DPE Search tool to find local examiners. Reach out to them directly to inquire about scheduling a check ride for the month of your visit.
When using the FAA DPE Search Tool select ‘DPE’ - ‘location search’ - “Colorado’ - ‘DPE-FIEI-ASEL’
Our Efforts:
We will continue to keep all students informed about available check rides and will actively search for opportunities on your behalf. Fortunately, we have a strong track record of securing check rides within a month for our students.
Priority Considerations:
Check ride priority will be given based on the following factors:
Students who are fully prepared.
Students who signed up earliest.
Students traveling from out of town.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to accommodate all students.
